We supply commercial-grade HEPA 500 air scrubbers. As qualified Master Water Restorers, we calculate the exact Air Changes Per Hour (ACH) required for your specific room volume to capture 99.97% of airborne spores and silica dust.
2. 24/7 Remote Vapour Pressure Monitoring
“Don’t be fooled by Relative Humidity.”
Most hire companies look at Relative Humidity (RH%), which is misleading because it fluctuates with temperature. We monitor Vapour Pressure (kPa)—the actual weight of water in the air.
* The Physics: Moisture moves from high pressure to low pressure. If the air’s Vapour Pressure is higher than the building materials (>1.2 kPa), your building will absorb moisture and mould will grow.
* The Service: We install remote loggers to track kPa levels 24/7. We ensure the environment stays in a “drying state” (0.8–1.0 kPa) to starve mould growth while you wait for construction to start.
